 All orders over $50 ship FREE (Promotional Shipping) within the Continental USA only (unless stated otherwise) usually within 2-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please, wait at least 5 days before contacting us about tracking information. Once orders are shipped tracking numbers will be sent via email. Most orders will be sent UPS, FedEx or DHL. Larger items, such as air conditioners, will be sent freight.  Orders under $50 are $4.99 anywhere in the Continental USA. 
 
Please realize that many of our products are dropshipped direct by the manufacturer. We do not always have direct control over when the item ships.   Sometimes manufacturers  do not update us when a product is out of stock.   If this occurs, we will give you the option of an immediate credit, exchange or backorder status. Thanks for understanding.  
  • Reiker Fans ship to Hawaii and Alaska for $120, not free shipping. You will be billed separately  after order is placed but before order is shipped.
  • Wein Products, I Can Breathe Masks, Berkey Generic Sports Bottle  ship US Priority Mail (USPS) and ship FREE to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and US Territories.

Overnight delivery or other expedited delivery may be limited depending on the product purchased. If you need quicker delivery, please contact us first before placing your order so we can determine if overnight shipping is available for your product of choice. Hawaii and Alaska are subject to additional shipping fees (Wein products/Q-link/I Can Breathe Masks ship Free to Alaska and Hawaii)

  • International Shipping: Wein Products, Berkey Sport and Q-Link ship internationally at an additional cost. Sorry, at this point, none of our other products ship internationally.   We ship the above to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. We also ship to Europe, UK, Africa, Asia, Indonesia, Australia, Please contact us at info@ehealthsupplies.com for specific pricing and delivery times. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt. We are not responsible stolen items.
  • Waterwise, Reiker Fans, Sunpentown, Soleus Air,  Reiker Fans, Mabis/DuroMed Industries, Fujitronic  and others DO NOT ship internationally.

Lost Products: Once your item ships, it is out of our control. Items shipped through UPS, FED Ex, USPS will have tracking or delivery confirmation receipts. If an item ships and is signed for by a family member or a co-worker, we are not responsible for that item if you do not get it. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the appropriate carrier for that product. Items lost by the carrier and in which there is no proof of delivery, are insured and we will make sure customer gets a replacement.
