Massage Suction cupping is a modernized method of Cupping therapy. It uses a suction gun to create a negative air pressure vacuum in the cups placed on the skin. History of Cupping

Fire Cupping, Body Vacuuming or Cupping is a time-honored Chinese technique of healing. The traditional method is to create a partial vacuum inside a bamboo or glass cup by burning a combustible (such as alcohol) inside it, then rapidly applying the cup to the skin, where the force of the vacuum pulls up the underlying tissue. The body surface extends into the cup, and blood is usually drawn into the area under pressure.

Applied to significant acupuncture points, cupping is intended to stimulate the flow of Chi, as does massage, and acupressure.
